Website and SMS terms
Terms for website requests, calls, and project texts.
RockBuilt Handyman offers a non-marketing project communications program for requests submitted to RockBuilt Handyman. These Terms describe the program. They do not themselves grant consent to receive text messages. The required website consent box must be affirmatively checked for each new request; accepting these Terms alone or placing a call does not create SMS consent.
Website information and requests
This website provides general information and a way to begin a conversation about a possible project. A request does not confirm scope, availability, scheduling, price, materials, or acceptance of work. Those details require a separate agreement with RockBuilt Handyman.
Enrollment and consent scope
The website estimate and message forms use one required, unchecked text-message consent box. A request is submitted only after you affirm that box. Consent applies only to RockBuilt Handyman, the mobile number provided, and communications about that request. It does not authorize marketing, promotions, unrelated campaigns, or retroactive enrollment of prior requesters. Separate consent is required for another sender, another message subject, or a marketing program.
Project text program
RockBuilt Handyman may send a request confirmation and non-marketing customer-care SMS or MMS messages about the request. Message frequency varies based on the request and the messages you exchange. Incoming messages are placed in the business's private inbox so authorized business users can review and reply.
Missed-call acknowledgment
If a call from the same mobile number is not answered while current request-related SMS consent remains on file, RockBuilt Handyman may send one neutral missed-call acknowledgment, no more than once during a rolling 24-hour period. A missed call by itself does not grant SMS consent. This version does not send a second automatic missed-call message or an automatic quote link.
Business Phone calls
Calls to the Business Phone may be routed and tracked. Call metadata, such as caller number, timestamps, routing outcome, and disposition, may be retained. Audio recording, transcription, and platform voicemail are not used in this version.
STOP, HELP, and START
Reply STOP to opt out. One final confirmation may be sent after an opt-out request, and no further non-command messages will be sent unless new valid consent is obtained. Reply HELP for help, or call RockBuilt Handyman at (509) 264-6857 or email rockbuilthandyman@gmail.com. Replying START may remove carrier-level suppression, but it does not create consent for a new project request or broaden earlier consent.
Charges and delivery
Message and data rates may apply. Message delivery is not guaranteed and may be delayed or blocked by a wireless carrier or service interruption. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Program changes
RockBuilt Handyman may change or end the program. Changes to these Terms do not broaden existing consent. If a material change affects the sender, subject, or permitted message types, new consent will be obtained when required.
Responsible use and urgent situations
Do not use the website or communications line for unlawful, abusive, or automated submissions. This website and its communications features are not emergency services. For urgent danger, contact the appropriate emergency service.
