How project request, calling, and mobile information is handled.
This Privacy Policy explains how RockBuilt Handyman handles information when you use this website or communicate with RockBuilt Handyman about a project request.
Information collected
When you submit a request, RockBuilt Handyman may collect your name, mobile number, optional email address, project type, location, project details, contact preference, photos or other files you choose to provide. Consent evidence may include the exact disclosure and version shown, checkbox choice, timestamp, source URL and host, submission identifier, and request or security evidence. Messaging and calling records may include provider identifiers, sender and recipient numbers, timestamps, delivery status, opt-out and help commands, suppression status, and security events.
How information is used
RockBuilt Handyman uses information to store and route the request, contact you as authorized, operate the applicable messaging and calling features, deliver messages, honor opt-outs, prevent duplicate or abusive requests, troubleshoot delivery, secure the service, and satisfy carrier or legal obligations. Moblank and Twilio act as service providers supporting RockBuilt Handyman; they do not receive independent permission to market to you.
Draft data in your browser
While you complete a request, a draft and request reference may be kept in session storage in the current browser tab. The draft does not include the SMS consent checkbox. It is cleared after a confirmed submission and otherwise ends with the browser session.
Website measurement
PostHog measures page visits and interactions using cookies or similar browser storage. Session recordings mask page text and form inputs. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals disable this measurement.
Form security
When an online form is available, Cloudflare may process IP address, browser, connection, and page information to distinguish people from automated abuse.
Mobile information and consent
Mobile numbers, SMS opt-in data, and SMS consent are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. They may be disclosed to service providers that host, secure, store, or deliver the requested website and communications service, including Moblank, Twilio, Vercel, Resend, PostHog, Cloudflare and applicable telecommunications providers, solely to perform those services on behalf of RockBuilt Handyman. Consent is not transferred to another sender or message subject. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Business Phone and inbox records
SMS and MMS content, attachments, sender and recipient information, timestamps, and delivery status may be stored in RockBuilt Handyman's private business inbox so authorized users can review and reply. Call metadata may be retained for routing and missed-call processing. Calls are not recorded or transcribed, and no platform voicemail is provided.
Service providers and retention
Depending on the features available on the site, service providers may include Moblank, Twilio, Vercel, Resend, PostHog, Cloudflare. They process information to provide hosting, security, request delivery, communications, measurement, and platform operations on behalf of RockBuilt Handyman. Request, consent, delivery, suppression, message, call, and security records are retained only as needed for the request, legitimate business operations, carrier compliance, security, dispute handling, and applicable legal obligations. Suppression records may be retained after other information is removed so an opt-out continues to be honored.
Your choices
The website estimate and message forms require an affirmative check of the unchecked text-message consent box before submission. Reply STOP to stop text messages. Stopping messages does not by itself delete project or compliance records. You may call RockBuilt Handyman at (509) 264-6857 or email rockbuilthandyman@gmail.com to request access, correction, or deletion, subject to records that must be retained.
Security and changes
Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet transmission or storage system can be completely secure. This policy may be updated when the website or communications program changes. The effective date above identifies this version, and a policy change does not broaden an existing SMS consent.
